Intel Outside Party I - The Report

That was a record, I suppose... Noone (even
organizers) didn't know if this party will take
place. A week before the date organizers have
finally confirmed that this party will be in
earlier set date. Due to this I thought that there
won't be lots of guys, but I was wrong, luckily.
The date was 11th and 12th of August (Thursday and
Friday), place was Warsaw - capital of Poland,
organizers - Mystic and Union. On Wednesday's
(10th) late night we (some groups from Silesia:
Illusion, Applause, Vacuum, Blaze, The Edge + some
single members from different groups) went to
Warsaw by train. The journey seemed to be quite
long (almost 5 hours) so everyone tried to spend
the remaining time in the best way he could. Some
of people slept, drank, talked, masturbated,
struck strange poses after tasting some "liquids"
their friends brought to the train and so on...
Anyway, everyone reached Warsaw in one piece...

We've arrived to the party place at five o'clock
in the morning. It was quite early, but it was
already warm weather with shining sun. The party
place was called "Stodola" which in literal
translation means "barn" (funny name, isn't it?).
After our arrival we saw the door closed. Someone
told us that party will begin at 10 o'clock and no
entering until this hour is allowed. Noone can't
help it. We had to wait next five hours outside
(just like Intel, but Intel won't be allowed to
enter at all). Well, boredom isn't allowed on
party too, so everyone tried his best not to bore.
The situation from train repeated. Some of the
people decided to take a walk around, some begun
to drink everything they found in their rucksacks.
The next five hours passed quite fast (for me at
least...) and organizers opened the door. The
entrance fee was high (well, the biggest in Poland
so far), after paying up the fee I got loathsome,
paper ID card with little pin which had tendency
to break after trying to use it to cling ID to
one's clothes. Someone helped me with that but the
pin was bent anyway. Well, I must say that it was
the biggest defect of this party... Guy behind
registration site could cut down his jokes about
one's handle or group a little bit, coz it sounded
childish and surely not funny (unless for him).
For the first time in polish Scene's history the
party was held in one quite big hall where
everyone slept, ate, drank, puked and sometimes
did something else. In the one end there was a big
scene (not Scene, but scene or stage as you like)
where was "big"-screen (it wasn't big in fact,
little is a better definition). All through the
party this screen was on and showed a nice
Scala-made program with all infos about party,
that was a nice idea, for the first time in
Poland, I think. Although the party date was sure
a week before party, many people came there. I
personally thought that it won't be more than
200-250 people there, but as I heard there was
almost 600 people which I consider as a big amount
of people... And even someone from abroad came...
Yeah, someone decided to visit this fuckin',
stupid and priest-ridden country... What a
surprise, huh? The strange,
but-lucky-anyway-guys-are... Magic and Sasha from
dutch section of Applause. And there is a dark
side of this visit. Great guys from Holland
decided in cooperation with some of organizers
(I've been told this, at least) to make a fool of
stupid, polish lamers. So, Magic and Sasha decided
to sign their ID cards as Danny and Facet of
Spaceballs, in this order. Funny or what? Some of
the guys thought so, but not me... Some of the
guys tried to tell me that Danny and Facet really
came to this party. I ofcourse didn't believe
them, coz I am realist by nature. But the moment
came that I've noticed a guy talking English and
wearing ID signed as "Facet of Spaceballs". That
was a bit of the shock, I felt pretty confused.
And I must admit that there was a minute when I
seemed to believe in this. But my innate realism
brought me back on earth. I asked the other abroad
guy what's up and first he wanted me to believe
that he is Danny and the other one is Facet, I've
pressed hard and finally he admitted that this is
a fake! I felt so fuckin' fooled, even though I
didn't believed that... Really stupid joke... I am
wondering what the real Facet and Danny think...
But enough about that. For the first time there
was 24 hour caffeteria with alcohole to buy! That
was a custom that on polish party any kind of
alcohole was forbidden (noone respected this rule
but a rule was a rule) and in Warsaw you could buy
any alcohole you want on the party place (for the
corresponding price ofcourse)! Strange thing was
that the compos wasn't delayed almost at all. I
was part-time viewer on gfx and ray compo, but I
saw some cool pics anyway. There was some troubles
with View Tek which was used to display the pics
on the screen, we've seen some Gurus, but that's
usual. Later in the evening there was music compo
which I couldn't afford to miss. I've listened to
all 20 modules chosen in deadly selection. Well
the quality was average, still lots of Moby-alike
modules (less than on Primavera in April, but
still some), if Moby will contribute on The
Party's 4 msx compo with a wining module then all
the next year polish musicians will try, better or
worse, to copy it. But there was some original
modules in styles like: jazz, rock, blues and so
on, not only funky ones... Then the break,
followed by the most important compo, the core of
every party, the demo competition. Some releases
was... released. Nothing really special, two
trackmos released by polish section of Mystic,
long awaited trackmo from Illusion, a trackmo by
Beton Dezign with sources bought from Tom/TPD
(ex.TRSI) and mindblasting English in endscroll,
quite nice proddy from Freezers. And nothing worth
more attention beside that...

After demo competition there was a big surprise,
which everybody knew that it'll be techno concert.
Well, that's not my kind of music (at least those
techno) so I decided to leave the main hall and
take a chat with some friends. There were some
vocalists announced and after them a main "star",
group called Jamrose. First we didn't want to see
it but then, we decided to laugh a bit. So we
entered the big hall and we saw that almost all
people were sitting, sleeping or
doing-everything-but-not-watching. That was funny,
the singer on stage screamed to the mike and most
of the people were sleeping. Huh, huh... But there
was a few people right under the stage that
decided to make some action there... We joined
them... Soon the time arrived for the main "star",
Jamrose. Someone announced that here is Jamrose on
the way from studio and clip-recording, that here
is White Man (or whatever) playing and Gina's
dancing... Well Gina looked damn hell good. Only
in little panties and a waistcoat, means almost
naked... The tune begun... A very stupid one that
was, very original lyrics: "Do the dance, c'mon,
c'mon, do the dance" and that's all about lyrics.
No, sorry, there was also heared a "Jamrooosee"
sound right from the main singer-rapper-speaker's
(choose as you like) throat. Tune sucked really
bad, but stage action rulled us... First of all,
Gina took her waistcoat off... And she was dancing
topless... Well her forward wasn't too big but it
was surely enough for us. Under the stage was
nothing but constant madness. And Gina shaked her
thingies before our faces... Then she turned back
and begun to take off her panties. Wooooooow!!! We
were almost floating in white sea there... And
Gina showed us a tattoo on her cute butt. Suddenly
she came to the edge of the stage and squated down
spreading her legs out. Well, do I must to say
that the guys opposite to her could see all
anatomical details... That was a killing
experience, one of my friends sat on my shoulders
and took some photos of her. At the end of the
tune Gina walked a little bit too close to the
edge of the stage and some lustful hand took her
off the stage! She was among a wild crowd of
sexually unsatisfied Sceners, for some seconds I
thought that someone already filled her up doggy
style, but bodyguards were faster and freed her
from us. Heh... The tune's ended and the main guy
said: "Gentelmans, you behave like unappeased
animals!" And he was fuckin' right. We have all
that is needed to live: Amiga and... Amiga. All
except a nice and willing chick... We are in need
of desperate help, a sexual-help. Heh, heh...
Well, after that I decided to take a doze, coz I
have been on feets for about 36 hours. On the
screen organizers showed a junky horror with gummi
dummies and lots of blood. I quickly fell
asleep... In the middle of the night I woke up and
saw that there are porno cartoons showed on the
screen. Even though I am big erotoman, I let my
eyes close...

In the morning an intro compo was held. Really
nothing special, boring releases... Then
organizers announced that on midday the results
will be ready. We had some hours of free time and
decided to take a walk in Warsaw's centre... The
results announcement was delayed but not much...
Organizers gave away the prizes (A1200 for 1st
place on demo compo) and officially closed the
party. They promised that they'll organize Intel
Outside Party II on vacations'95. They said that
there will be more SURPRISES dancing in pairs...
Heh, heh.... Please note that it was the first
party ever with striptease... So visit our stupid
country next year and see the beauty of polish
girls... All in all party was cool, weather was
hot, organizing was almost perfect (except ID
cards and this 5 hour waiting to enter the party).
Keep on doing such nice parties, I'll be there for
sure...

official-results file. And that sucked... That's
all!
