Hi!

I hope you like my little demo. It's the first one I decided to put on
internet. So, please, be gentle with feed-back. I'm not used to being
flamed! But, as people say, there is the first time for everything. ;-)

The idea behind this program is to wish a Happy New Year to everyone on
demoscene that I enjoyed so much over the past year and to thank a few
people. So, here is the "thanks" part...

THANKS TO:
    - MARIO MAGDIC for help with programming and design and for
         contributing to this demo.

    - KRISTIJAN ZIMMER for having so much interest for my work and for
creating first archive of my programs and my first WWW home page.
         E-mail kzimmer@zel.etf.hr for more info!

    - DENTHOR of ASPHYXIA (a.k.a. Grant Smith) for making great
VGA-tutorials that got me started in programming graphics.
Denthor, you still didn't send me that "TEXTER"! Now I have to
         use ROM-fonts ;-)

    - PAUL KAHLER for tutorial on bitmap rotation/scaling

DEMO-INFO:
Demo was coded in C and inline assembler and compiled and linked with
BC++ 3.1 (So, I'm lamer. So, what? 8-} ). The pictures were drawn by
me in PhotoShop. Font is just a simple ROM-font stretched a little.
If you think that demo is too slow, you should know that it runs very
fast on my 486DX/40MHz with fast Local Bus card :-)

Oh, yeah. In case you're wondering: word "SRETNA" on back-picture
    means "HAPPY" in serbo-croatian language.

I never saw double-picture-rotating/scaling effect done before, so I
hope you will find this inovative. Also the way text is drawn/deleted is
new, as far as I know (thanks, Mario!). If you saw this done before, please
let me know. I'd like to see that demo, too.

As I'm just a coder, not a demo group, there is no music. If someone
would like to contribute a music to this demo, E-mail me. Also, if you can
recommend a good (and free) music player for demos, I would appreciate it.

Well, if you want to send comments/flames or just talk about demos
and/or programming, feel free to E-mail me.

Bye!

         Mile
