                             .*' INFORMATION `'*.

This compo is being held at IRC by platon. It starts every Saturday at 21:00
CET and ends Sunday at 5:00 CET.

The songs will be collected by platon and then gathered into a votepack
which can be obtained Sunday around 5:10 CET. You may vote until Friday
at 24:00 CET the week after the compo. The filename of the votepack will
be TRnnVOTE.ZIP where nn is the number of the compo.

The votepack will include a vote slip, and all the tunes that was NOT dis-
qualified. The votes are to be emailed to platon and you may send it via
direct client-to-client to platon. If you are going to email the vote slip,
the email adress is platon@online.no.

The results will be available at next compo.

                              .*' THE RULES `'*.

Everyone is allowed to enter the compo, and you may enter with as many
tunes as you wish to in one single compo. Of course you may enter
as many Traxism Compo's as you wish.

The moduleformat allowed is MOD, S3M, XM and IT. You may only use a max-
imum of 8 (eigth) channels. No modulecompressor is allowed!

The only samples allowed to use are the ones found in the samplepack.
This samplepack can be obtained from platon on either EFNet or AnotherNet
at the channel #traxism. You are allowed to set/change loops and pitch
them, but you may *NOT* edit the raw-sample. Also, NO external samples may
  be used.

Since this is a compo at IRC, you only have 2 hours to track your song. When
the direct client-to-client send of the samplepack is finised, you'll be
timed. That is, when you've got the samplepack you have 2 (two) hours to
complete your contribution(s) and send it to platon. If you can't get on IRC
(f.ex. you can't log onto IRC or something), send your contribution as fast
as you can via email to platon@online.no

Your contribution may not be any larger than 64Kb (65536 bytes) unzipped.

To make your tune as small as possible, you should erase the samples you
don't use in your tune. Another tip is to decrease the samplerate in
  the samples.

Write your nick (or name, just so we can identify you) within in the song,
in the samplelist. Also, make sure that you write your email address in
the samplelist so that we know how to contact you. We WON'T take the time
to write down anything that you write in an email or say to us at IRC.

                             .*' IMPORTANT `'*.

If you don't follow these rules, you WILL be disqualified.
