"Warp"
----------
A silly title really. But who cares?

Welcome! You have downloaded Warp, the latest
musical atrocity from the DigitalScorceryClub,
an online cooperative of techno (as in Techno,
the art music of the 21st century) composers
pestering the MOD-scene since 1996.

----------
Warp is the result of a late night, two guys,
their girlfriends, a computer, some cool movies
and a lot of cheap wine, in February 1998.

Me (Ming) and Teapot had a mission. None of our
otherwise lovely and really cool (they even track!)
girlfriends had seen two of the 90s coolest motion
picures: The Crow and Pulp Fiction. I mean...geez...

So we dragged them over to my place, tied them to
their chairs, pinned their eyelids open and loaded
the VCR. No. Not really. Actually we just invited
them over (and they actually showed up!), put them
in a comfy sofa, loaded the living room table with
wine, beer and snacks and...loaded the VCR.

And to not disturb them with "Oh yeah, heres dat
scene where he sets that guy on fire!" or "Shes
gonna OD soon." which might had had a spoiling effect,
we went off into next room to track.

Several hours later, we had come up with four pretty
cool songideas. So we agreed wed finish them up, add
some final touches, and release them in a pack.

So, we dedicate those songs to our luvs, to the Cool
Guys John, Bruce and Samuel, the Gool Girl Uma and to
the memory of Brandon Lee.
----------
Nuff said. Here are the tunes:

"On Noitamrofni" by Ming
A driven, smooth and speedy club-trancecreation
with a pumping beat and a rolling 303 line.

"S-phone" by Ming and Teapot
Clean, minimalistic Stockholm house, with a funky
yet cold attitude and a sax.

"Want Your Voodoo" by Ming and Teapot
Clubbeats de luxe. Dance to this, pepole, if not
     to the rest.

"Portable Armageddon" by Teapot
Heavy stuff. Thumpy kick, heavy synthstabs, rolling
     soundwalls. Say no more.

Enjoy!
